Portabella Mushroom Rockefeller-buttery Hollandaise and earthy mushrooms. What a way to begin dinner! Try with an oaky chardonnay.
Entrees:
Tilapia Oscar : A flakey, mild whitefish baked and topped with Hollandaise sauce, crabmeat and asparagus.
Coquille St. Jacque: Sauteed scallops, shrimp and mushrooms in a smooth brandy cream sauce, topped with lobster and garnished with Dutchess potatoes.
Teriyaki Chicken and Shrimp: Tender chicken breast topped with sauteed shrimp and a sweet teriyaki sauce.
