Escargot Mushrooms - Escargot sauteed in garlic butter and served in a baked mushroom cap.
Portabella Mushroom Rockefeller-buttery Hollandaise and earthy mushrooms. What a way to begin dinner! Try with an oaky chardonnay.
Entrees:
Tilapia Oscar : A flakey, mild whitefish baked and topped with Hollandaise sauce, crabmeat and asparagus.
Coquille St. Jacque: Sauteed scallops, shrimp and mushrooms in a smooth brandy cream sauce, topped with lobster and garnished with Dutchess potatoes.
Jamaican Jerk Salmon: Salmon filet rubbed with Jamaican Jerk seasoning, grilled and garnished with lime and red pepper.
Desserts:
Creme Brulee- Sweet and creamy with the crack of crispy caramelized sugar. Got to have it!
Chocolate Mousse - a whipped cloud of chocolate.
